Virtual STEM Night

VIRTUAL STEM NIGHT

On May 6th, Connected Lane County is sponsoring a virtual STEM night for Laurel and Territorial Elementary. On the night of the event, families can log on to a Zoom Webinar for a 30-minute virtual hands-on session led by an instructor from a STEM Beyond Schools partner. The schedule is as follows:

• 5pm-5:30pm - K/1st Grades, Clouds and the Water Cycle with Museum

of Natural & Cultural History

• 5:30pm-6pm - 2nd/3rd Grades, Catchment Basins with Willamette

Resource and Education Network

• 6:30pm-7pm - 4th/5th Grades, Cloud Watchers with Lane Community College

STEM kits are being sent home with students this week. These kits will be available for remote students during packet pick up.
